Recently I took my Jeep in to have the windows tinted. Not 5 days after my 30 day no questions asked warranty the driver's rear window went off the track. I called and spoke to Frank and he said come I'll look at it. He did and explained to me that they had not opened up the panel. Yeah, yeah, yeah. I called my mechanic and he said it may be the servo-motor. So I took the Jeep to my mechanic and after he explored the issue. He had a list of things that he found. #1 the door panel had obviously been removed, #2 clips were bent from pressure on the glass window, #3 moisture barriers had just been thrown back inside, #4 mounting screws were missing. Need I go on? I haven't spoken to Frank yet but will in the next few days. I'd say if you're going to have Best image do some tinting for you, supervise the work. I spent near $300 to clean up the work they did for me. They will not have another opportunity...
