I used my credit card in the bay all the way to the right. The soap was not working so I pressed the stop button maybe 90 secs after swiping my credit card. There are no phone numbers posted on site. There is a “Refund” box open to the public on the outside of the building where you can leave your name, address, and phone number - for anyone to see. I was going to write it off as a bad experience. But I just saw my credit card was charged $10 for that 90-sec car rinse.
