CVS at 4242 South El Camino Real, San Mateo, California.

We shop at this store on regular basis. And we spend a great deal of money. It's location is ideal. The issue with this store is their Alarm-System which is set off for no explainable reason. And sends a ear piercing, annoying noise. Out of the 20 times we've shopped at this store 18 the alarm has gone off and remained engaged for 25-30 minutes... This may present a liability to the store manager, who is either on medication or should be on some medication. As explained by an Elderly WW2 veteran "this noises is heightened by his hearing aid and results in serious migraines and/or damage to his tympanum." Whether this is done intentionally, we can only speculate. But it is a fact that the management at this store exceed the threshold for incompetence. Because playing "La Cucaracha" utilizing the store alarm breaches into harassment of customers.
